Senior Product Manager

Nuvei is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their fast-growing Product team, reporting to the VP Product. The role requires strong product leadership, influence without authority, and deep understanding of payment platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure
• Proven experience working with marketplaces or platform-based products
• Strong understanding of payment flows, including settlement, payouts, and reconciliation
• Background or understanding of compliance and KYC/B processes
• Experience working in a matrix organization, leading initiatives across multiple teams without direct authority
• Ability to influence, align, and drive execution across Product Owners and engineering teams
• Experience with API-first and developer-facing products
• Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex problems
• High ownership mindset and strong execution capabilities
