Job Description
We are seeking a Financial Center - Relationship Specialist 2 to provide exceptional member service and support branch operations. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in a similar position and prior loan experience, as well as a genuine interest in helping members through Conversations that Matter. The role involves performing a wide variety of job duties, including consulting with members, holding conversations that matter, and processing loan applications. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal communication, written communication, problem solving, member service, and organizational skills.
Requirements
- 1 year experience in a similar position and prior loan experience
- Knowledge of all applicable Federal, State and NCUA regulations
- Comprehensive knowledge of all deposit account products and all services
- Working knowledge of loan products and associated system(s)
- Proven ability to garner business
- Genuine interest in helping members through Conversations that Matter
- Capable of working under pressure and with frequent interruptions
- Proficient in the operations of a PC and Microsoft applications
