Job Description
We are seeking a Relationship Specialist 1 to provide in-person, personalized service to our members. The ideal candidate will have 1-yr related branch operations experience and knowledge of BSA, Regulation CC, D, E and all other pertinent regulations.
Requirements
- Receiving and disbursing funds
- Posting deposits and loan payments
- Transfers, money orders, cash advances, and all types of withdrawals
- Opening savings, checking, money market, and certificate of deposit accounts
- Issuing temporary cards, repining existing cards, and ordering new cards
- Account maintenance, change of address, and name change
- Recommending other products and services
- Balancing cash drawer
- Supporting and participating in continuous improvement activities
- Representing the Credit Union in a positive and professional manner
