Salesforce Consultant

Join Nuvolar as a Salesforce Consultant to contribute to a strategic healthcare project. You will lead requirements gathering workshops, translate business needs into Salesforce configurations, and ensure solutions meet client expectations and technical best practices.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience working with Salesforce across multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and limitations across clouds, able to communicate these effectively to clients.
• Experience applying project management methodologies to lead small to mid-sized projects successfully.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills; able to capture complex requirements and translate them into actionable Salesforce solutions.
• Proficient in Salesforce configuration, declarative development (Flows), administration, and data modeling, including experience with data migrations.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Openness to learn and applying new technologies, CRM systems, and specialized tools beyond core Salesforce functionality.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Salesforce certifications such as Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and/or Data Cloud Consultant.
