Technical Writer

We are a global technology consulting company specializing in IT solutions, cloud-based platforms, mobile and web applications, and training and support services. As a Technical Writer, you will have a great impact on society, contributing directly to improving people's health by supporting the organization, enhancement, and maintenance of comprehensive Engineering documentation and Quality Management System (QMS) processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a data engineering, software engineering, or similar technical domain.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them through written materials
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in documenting technical processes related to requirements management, release workflows, and post-production support.
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and the documentation efforts they require.
• Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Markdown editors).
• Knowledge of data engineering concepts, platforms, and tools (e.g., ETL processes, cloud platforms, and APIs) and Experience using AI to autogenerate documentation using Git, JFrog, Jira, Confluence, Slack, or XRAY.
