Job Description
NVE Experience Agency is seeking a Senior Director / Vice President, Production to lead multiple teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure consistent delivery across a diverse portfolio of work.
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of experience in experiential production or live events
- Proven experience leading multiple teams and senior production talent
- Strong track record in scoping, budgeting, and staffing complex work
- Experience contributing to or leading new business / pitch work
- Experience scoping and overseeing complex projects of scale ($5M-$20M)
- Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance across multiple projects
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
