Lean Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• Bilingual, strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
• 4+ experience in Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement within manufacturing or corporate environments
• Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies (Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, 5S, Waste Reduction)
• Black Belt certification desirable to have
• Proven track record to deliver measurable cost savings and productivity improvements
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
