Legal Specialist

Provide effective legal support and counselling to the business in the assigned region to bring clarity and sound understanding of the company’s rights and obligations, anticipate and reduce risks and liabilities, and ensure legal compliance with regards to various business matters, contracts, and employment law.

Requirements

• Excellent English written and oral communication skills
• Inspires trust and open communication demonstrating interpersonal and business counselling skills
• Excellent business and commercial knowledge and understanding
• Highly motivated and committed to deliver work of the highest quality and integrity
• Ability to quickly and effectively resolve conflict and challenges
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance as well as part of a team
• Willingness to travel within the region on a regular basis
• Minimum 3 years in-house or law firm working experiences with a proven track record in commercial contracts, risk management and compliance
• Working experiences in a MNC legal department is preferred
• Language requirements: China native, Fluent in English
