Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Ideally 2+ years’ experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or related field
- Familiar with statistical methods, 6-sigma and Lean Manufacturing
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups or managers
- Self-motivated and ability to motivate others
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities
- Proficient use of Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook
- Experience in machining preferred
- Experience with AutoCAD and 3D Modeling desirable
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle) is helpful
- Lean manufacturing background and a strong focus on continuous improvement
