Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing/Automation Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Engineering required.
- Proficiency in root cause analysis investigation, (such as RCCA, 8D, and 3L5Y) Control Plans, FMEA’s, Process Capability Studies.
- Previous experience in or with: 3+ years in Supplier Quality related functions, Quality Certifications (CQE, CMQ, CQA) and ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor trained a plus, APQP
- Highly effective communication at all levels with the ability to coach, mentor and conduct trainings for Quality Technicians.
