We're looking for a Workday Reporting Analyst to promote People Analytics & Workforce Reporting strategy, support model and execution. You will design, optimize and implement various reporting and analytics solutions, collaborate with key stakeholders and internal customers, and identify key considerations and enhancements in COE processes and configurations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field
- Previous experience in or with 3-5 years of Workday report development; certified in Workday Reporting strongly preferred
- Workday Advanced, Matrix, Composite reporting and dashboard configuration
- Workday Studio/BIRT experience preferred
- Strong HCM, Talent and Recruiting system experience with an emphasis in report development
- Background in understanding HCM data and its application in reporting and analytics
- Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills strongly preferred
