NVIDIA is looking for a Global Commodity Manager to join its Global Commodity Management Group, responsible for strategic sourcing and commodity management of Interconnects and Cabling technologies. The ideal candidate will develop and manage supplier relationships, negotiate Master Service Agreements, and deliver a supplier risk management system. Requirements
- BS in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- MBA Preferred
- Minimum of 8+ years' experience in global commodity management and proven track record in managing connector, cable, and optics Supply Base
- Deep understanding of interconnector and cable technologies, market, manufacturing process, cost drivers and supply landscape
- Ability to be innovative with issues related to strategic sourcing, supplier relations, and supplier performance measurement systems
- Strong analytical skills such as cost modeling, quotation analysis, supplier selection, and supply/demand analysis
- Ability to incorporate AI tools to enhance supply chain and sourcing analysis, data integrity, and decision making
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills in supplier management and contract negotiation
- Excellent communication and influencing skills dealing with supply base executives
- High degree of integrity, initiative, and attention to detail in a collaborative environment
- Technical experience to compliment strong program management skills is preferred
