Requirements

• Manage a team of 6-8 engineers
• Formalize team work methodologies
• Provide technical leadership and guidance
• Supervise and build AI best in class solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• 4+ years of experience in a managerial role
• 3+ years of experience implementing production AI/ML systems
• 8+ overall years of experience in software development
• Strong understanding of modern Machine Learning domains
• Proficiency in Python
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated leadership with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
