Job Description
Join NVIDIA's Design-for-Test Engineering team as a Senior DFT ATPG Engineer and work on cutting-edge innovations involving DFT architecture, verification, and post-silicon validation. Develop next-generation DFT technologies and collaborate with various groups and aspects of the company.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on DFT/ATPG experience
- Knowledge of DFT including scan, BIST, on-chip scan compression, fault models, ATPG, and fault simulation
- Programming languages: TCL, PRL, Phyton & Unix shell scripts
