Job Description
NVIDIA is seeking a hands-on Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on designing and delivering high-quality, scalable enterprise solutions. The role involves leading engineers responsible for developing software and services, and fostering a culture of automation, self-service, and clear documentation.
Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, other Engineering or related fields (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years of experience leading and managing high-performing engineering teams
- 12+ overall years of experience in Infrastructure, SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering
- Proven track record of building and scaling teams from the ground up in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Deep expertise in building software solutions and automation
- Strong hands-on skills with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, containerization (Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, PagerDuty, or similar)
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or similar languages for automation and tooling
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence across engineering, product, and executive stakeholders
- Exceptional ability to translate "deep tech" into business value
