Senior Mechanical Product Design Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Product Design Engineer with experience in product development and manufacturing, and the desire to invent the future. The position will contribute to the execution of product design and play a leading role in mechanical architecture definition and product development.

Requirements

• BSME minimum or equivalent experience
• 11+ years or more experience in product and mechanical design
• Designed a broad range of products
• Excellent 3D CAD experience, i.e. Creo(ProE), Catia, Solidworks, Unigraphics
• Understand CTF dimensioning and GD&T
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use statistical tools and techniques with a good grasp of finite element analysis theory and mechanical engineering analysis
• Flexibility working in a dynamic, results-oriented environment
• Experience in manufacturing processes like casting, plastics, sheet metal, etc.
• Background in leading resources including consultants, component suppliers, and manufacturing partners
• Experience working with supply chains and manufacturers
• Experience with processes to realize Industrial Design requirement including quality materials and finishes etc. with a background in Human Factors and Quality is a plus
