Senior Software Technical Program Manager, Compute Software - Deep Learning Accelerator

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Technical Program Manager to lead our efforts in crafting innovative compute software solutions for key sectors, collaborating closely with Software Development Managers, Engineers, and other logistics personnel to establish and implement streamlined processes for the development of advanced Compute software solutions.

Requirements

• Collaborate closely with Software Development Managers, Engineers, Product Marketing, Customer Program Management, Quality Assurance, and other logistics personnel
• Work closely with Customers and Customer Program Managers on software issues
• Lead status meetings, proactively addressing challenges, addressing customer concerns, and serving as the central point of contact for building and upholding release schedules
• Partner with multi-functional teams throughout the company to strategically plan and drive software objectives for the team
• Develop and maintain schedules, proactively identifying risks and formulating risk management strategies for multiple parallel work streams
• Take lead in enhancing existing product development and software release processes
• Internally translate customer requirements into actionable achievements and tasks
• Collaborate with various internal teams and third-party partners across different time zones, as necessary, to resolve customer issues and oversee customer releases
