Connectivity - Service and Ops Lead

NXP Semiconductors is seeking a seasoned Network Operations Lead to oversee and drive the operational excellence of its Global Connectivity infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in network operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and experience working with MSPs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across geographies and functions.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking platforms (routers, switches, wireless controllers).
• Experience with Palo Alto Networks/Fortinet/Cisco firewalls and security appliances.
• Proficiency with F5/Avi load balancers and application delivery controllers.
• Knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud networking and hybrid connectivity.
• Experience with ServiceNow for ITSM and operational workflows.
• Proficiency with Splunk for log analysis and network performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with Network Monitoring Tools such as SolarWinds, Observo, or equivalent platforms.
• Experience with DNS/DDI solutions and secure mobile access technologies.
