The Human Resources team provides partnership to managers and employees across the organization on all aspects of talent management and culture. This role oversees all HR programs for two Chandler-based manufacturing organizations.
Requirements
- 10 - 12 years of relevant experience supporting a technology business with at least 500-1000+ employees and contractors
- Experience working with both hourly and contract employee populations
- Bachelor’s degree required, Masters degree preferable
- Able to work across highly matrixed organization
- Proven ability to operate independently
- Demonstrated proficiency in multiple HR functional areas including compensation, organizational development, staffing, leadership development, and talent and culture
