Human Resources

The Human Resources team provides partnership to managers and employees across the organization on all aspects of talent management and culture. This role oversees all HR programs for two Chandler-based manufacturing organizations.

Requirements

• 10 - 12 years of relevant experience supporting a technology business with at least 500-1000+ employees and contractors
• Experience working with both hourly and contract employee populations
• Bachelor’s degree required, Masters degree preferable
• Able to work across highly matrixed organization
• Proven ability to operate independently
• Demonstrated proficiency in multiple HR functional areas including compensation, organizational development, staffing, leadership development, and talent and culture
