Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated student to help us develop new methods of testing and investigating the capabilities of IC packages related to thermo-migration and electro-migration.
Requirements
- Internship for Master of Science in Microelectronics
- Affinity with semiconductor, reliability and physics
- Team player, willing to work in international and multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
