Join NXP as a Wireless Systems Engineer to design and validate transceiver DSP architecture, verification, silicon bring-up, RF modeling, and support for production/customer issues related to PHY layer performance and implementation of next-generation Wi-Fi chip-sets.
Requirements
- Ph.D. + 4 years or M.S.E.E. + 6 years of experience working in the wireless communications industry
- Understand the fundamentals of Signal Processing and Digital Communications
- Fluent in MATLAB and/or C/C++, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience in the bring-up and characterization of silicon, including use of lab equipment (spectrum analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, etc.)
- Familiar with MIMO and OFDM technologies; experience with IEEE 802.11 or similar wireless standards (4GLTE/ 5G NR) is desirable
