Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager who can help define long-term product direction while actively driving day-to-day execution across engineering, implementation, and client delivery teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS or technology environment
- Experience in recruitment technology, HR tech, ATS, CRM, or talent acquisition platforms
- Experience working on products built with React and Ruby
- Experience with AI/ML-enabled features or automation initiatives
- Strong background in integrations and APIs
- Proven experience managing product backlogs and agile development processes
- Experience defining and tracking product KPIs and success metrics
