New York Bus Sales is seeking a Contract Bid Specialist/Automotive to oversee and coordinate the parts bidding process for New York Bus Sales and G-Tech Bus Parts.
Requirements
- Develop, implement, and evolve bid process, execution, and analyzation.
- Archive bid submissions and results effectively (paper and electronic).
- Assist in meeting Company and Department objectives such as sales quotas, gross profit requirements, etc. by taking a proactive approach to achieve those goals.
- Follow established Company policy and Department procedures and workflows to complete tasks.
- Keep current on new products and product updates.
- Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources for effective bid execution.
- Keep orderly records of all bid requests, submissions, results, and part related information.
- Work with Department management and other employees to ensure customer needs are met.
