Job Description
New York Bus Sales has an opening for an Inside Parts Sales Representative in Chittenango, NY to sell parts to internal and external customers via phone, email, parts counter, and service counter.
Requirements
- Provide best in class customer service
- Meet Company and Department objectives
- Follow established Company policy and Department procedures
- Produce sales by soliciting accounts, offering sales specials
- Keep current on new products and product updates
- Ensure parts orders are delivered to both internal and external customers accurately
- Answer phone calls: provide sales quotes and other information and generate sales orders
- Notify customers of companion part requirements and specials
- Properly read repair orders and PDI’s and order the proper parts
- Correctly allocate all parts to the proper jobs
- Keep orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates and special-order parts
