Job Description
Join us in August 2026, located in Schlieren. Key responsibilities include customer consultations by phone and in writing, processing inquiries from administrations, property owners, and residents, supporting and managing customer portals, managing incoming mail and email as well as maintaining a digital document archive, organizing and sending daily invoices, scheduling and coordinating invoice production, preparing and sending customer documents, processing contract and service adjustments.
Requirements
- completed commercial training
- several years of experience in a comparable function
- native German speaker
- good French knowledge
