Fraud Analyst

NymCard's Fraud Analyst will provide first-line defense against fraudsters and bad actors, working closely with customer support, compliance, and technology teams to monitor transactions, analyze fraud alerts, and suggest new fraud rules or edit existing ones.

Requirements

• Minimum Experience: Mid-level
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
• At least 1 year's experience of fraud monitoring (preferably Issuing) and response with a bank or similar financial services organization
• Knowledge of fraud regulation in the Middle East and North Africa
• Understanding of fraud processes with Visa and Mastercard
• Strong interpersonal, organizational skills and a team player
