Job Description
We are hiring a Investment Manager – Corporate Development to play a pivotal role in managing our investor relationships, capital planning, and future fundraising initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience
- Exceptional financial modelling and analytical skills
- Proven track record working on capital raises, M&A transactions, or strategic corporate projects
- Strong understanding of fintech, digital banking, or the broader financial services space is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with C-suite and external investors
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. MBA or CFA is a plus
