Investment Manager

We are seeking an Investment Manager to lead investment strategy and capital deployment across treasury and ecosystem funds at the intersection of Web3 infrastructure, DeFi, and real-world assets (RWA).

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in venture capital, crypto investing, or ecosystem fund management.
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, token economics, and on-chain financial products.
• Proven ability to evaluate Web3 projects, analyse business models, and structure both token and equity deals.
• Solid financial modelling and due-diligence capabilities, including market sizing, risk assessment, and token-supply analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
