Investment Manager 投资经理

We are supporting a well-funded, next-generation Layer 1 blockchain project. The team is building infrastructure that bridges traditional Web2 institutions into Web3, expanding on-chain asset diversity, unlocking new yield opportunities, and enabling broader investor participation. We are seeking an Investment Manager to lead investment strategy and capital deployment across treasury and ecosystem funds at the intersection of Web3 infrastructure, DeFi, and real-world assets (RWA).

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in venture capital, crypto investing, or ecosystem fund management
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, token economics, and on-chain financial products
• Proven ability to evaluate Web3 projects, analyse business models, and structure both token and equity deals
• Solid financial modelling and due-diligence capabilities, including market sizing, risk assessment, and token-supply analysis
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, global environment
