Requirements
- Diploma in Workplace Health & Safety or equivalent
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or other advanced certification
- Bachelor’s Degree in WHS or related field (preferred)
- Certification as a Lead Investigator (ICAM)
- 10+ years of health and safety experience in heavy industry environments
- Experience of working in a Major Hazard Facility (MHF)
- Proven track record in implementing safety transformations and culture-shifting programs
- Extensive experience managing contractor and material safety risks
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities across all organisational levels
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
