Requirements

• 2-5 years' experience in account management or sales, ideally within media or a similar sector

• Proven ability to grow revenue, manage yield and develop new business
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams
• Proactive, adaptable approach and a genuine drive for continuous improvement
• Degree in commerce, media studies or equivalent experience in the New Zealand media market
