Job Description
O'Brien is seeking an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter to join their Clayton South Service Centre. The successful candidate will undergo on-the-job training and complete a full qualification within 2-3 years. The role involves repairing and replacing glass on motor vehicles to Australian standards, delivering excellent customer service, and working in a supportive team environment.
Requirements
- Automotive Industry experience highly regarded
- Manual driver's licence (highly regarded)
- Mechanical aptitude - experience with hand tools (highly regarded)
- Ability to deal with customers face-to-face and sell company products
- Passion for delivering customer service excellence
- Reliable and positive attitude with a willingness to learn the trade
- Commitment to achieve results and be positive in times of pressure
- Good organisational & time management skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting tasks
