Assistant Factory Foreman 2026

The Assistant Factory Foreman will aid the Factory Foreman in training and overseeing factory personnel, managing fish production, and performing duties of a fish processor. The job requires at least 2 years of experience processing fish with a leadership role, and the ability to work in a remote and austere location with varying degrees of motion and extreme weather conditions.

Requirements

• Assist the Factory Foreman in training and oversight of factory personnel
• Assist in managing the flow of fish through the factory for optimum production
• Maintain logs and complete paperwork as directed
• Assist factory foreman in oversight of day-to-day factory operations
• Use office equipment such as a computer
• Performs duties of a fish processor (see Fish Processor Job Requirements)
