Job Description
The EMS Senior Technician will assist the EMS Supervisor in the duties and perform field work to help maintain the district HVAC Direct Digital Controls (DDC) and Energy Management Systems (EMS).
Requirements
- 3 years professional experience as an HVAC DDC technician
- Understanding of computer networking principles, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Ability to wire, start up, and troubleshoot basic HVAC DDC maintenance issues
- Fundamental understanding of HVAC operations within a facility
