Job Description
Join Oak Harbor Freight Lines, a regional trucking company with a 110-year history, as a local Pick-up & Delivery Driver. Responsibilities include safely driving tractor trailer combinations between terminals or meet points, adapting to challenging conditions, and meeting the company's reliability standard. Requirements include a Class A CDL, Hazmat, Tanker, and Double/Triples endorsements, and a clean driving record.
Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- Class A CDL with Hazmat, Tanker, and Double/Triples endorsements
- At least one year of verifiable commercial driving experience with similar equipment
- Doubles/triples & chaining experience is preferred but not required
- Valid DOT Medical Certification
- Must have a clean driving record. No DUI, reckless driving, or positive drug/alcohol screen in the last 3 years
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, co-workers, and dispatch/managers
- Basic English proficiency in reading, writing and verbal communication
