Job Description
Responsible for presenting the aspects of the Oak Island Accommodations Management Program to new or existing prospective enrollees. Work directly with new owners to outline the details of the company's rental program and cold call existing rental homeowners to sell them on the program.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, vacation rentals, or real estate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively
- Negotiation and contract management experience
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- NC Real Estate license (desired)
- Proficiency with technology, including MS Office and property management software (desired)
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (desired)
