High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, safe driving record, and physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds
Business Development Representative- Oak Island Accommodations
3+ years of sales or business development experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation and contract management experience
Seasonal Linen Processor- Oak Island Accommodations
Ability to work weekends and most holidays, work without direct supervision, effectively communicate
Maintenance Technician- Oak Island Accommodations
High school degree, 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field, valid driver's license
Reservations/Guest Services Supervisor- Oak Island Accommodations
3+ years' experience managing staff, highly organized, and strong leadership skills
Guest Services Representative - Oak Island Accommodations
1 year customer service experience, excellent organization and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task
