Job Description
We are seeking a Business Litigation Associate with at least 7 years of experience to join our White Plains, Albany, or Uniondale office. Ideal candidates will have experience in complex commercial litigation and/or bankruptcy.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in business litigation and/or bankruptcy
- New York State Court and Federal Court practice experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level organizational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
