Job Description
We are seeking an associate or counsel with 5+ years of commercial real estate and leasing experience to join a full-service law firm. The candidate must have experience in commercial leasing, franchise and distribution, and general corporate real estate.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial real estate and leasing experience
- Experience representing companies, developers, franchisees, investors, and other entities in sophisticated real estate matters
- Substantial experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases
- Experience in acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of commercial properties
- Experience representing franchisees, reviewing and negotiating franchise agreements, renewals and transfers
