Job Description
We are seeking a Trusts & Estates Paralegal with a minimum of two years of estate settlement experience to join a mid-size law firm in Hartford, Connecticut.
Requirements
- Associates Degree, Paralegal Certificate or Bachelors degree (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, such as a bank trust environment or an accounting firm, or as a paralegal in trust and estate administration (preferred)
- Proficiency in reading financial and brokerage reports
- Strong quantitative skills and mathematically adept
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong PC skills including Word and Excel
