Job Description
Research scientist position in the areas of emerging architectures and performance for advanced computing at Oak Ridge National Laboratory.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in electrical/electronics/VLSI engineering, computer engineering, computer science, computational science, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of two years of post-Ph.D. experience
- Strong record of impactful research aligned with one or more of the group’s focus areas.
- Experience with at least two emerging computing paradigms or technologies, such as neuromorphic and analog computing, silicon photonics, cryogenic systems, carbon-nanotube devices, quantum computing, processing-in-memory, CXL, or advanced memory systems.
- Well-established track record of research relevant to one or more areas of expertise of the group.
