The Vice President, Partnership Fulfillment will lead the strategy and execution of all corporate partnership deliverables for the A's in Las Vegas, ensuring best-in-class service, innovative activation, and long-term partner success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10–12+ years of experience in partnership marketing, sponsorship fulfillment/service, or related roles within sports, entertainment, or media
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing teams
- Proven track record of executing complex, multi-channel partnership programs at a high level
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proficiency in CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, etc.)
- Willing and able to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willing and able to occasionally travel
- Knowledge of emerging sponsorship trends, including digital innovation, experiential marketing, and data-driven partnerships
- Familiarity with the Las Vegas sports, hospitality, and entertainment landscape preferred
