Associate Director, Business Banking - Deposits

At OakNorth, we're looking for an Associate Director to help drive growth in our Business Deposit Book. This role involves originating and converting new deposit opportunities from established and high-growth businesses, as well as working cross-functionally with other departments to shape the future strategy of OakNorth Business Banking.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in Business or Commercial banking, ideally in roles with a deposit focus
• An established network within high-growth and mid-sized businesses and associated introducers for these customers
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs
