Job Description
OakNorth Bank is seeking a self-starting Associate - Operations Lending to support their rapidly growing lending operations. This role involves loan booking, life management, LMA (Loan Market Association) documentation, and contributing to process improvement. The company focuses on providing a barrier-free banking experience and empowering business owners.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in loan operations, lending operations, or middle/back-office functions within a bank or financial institution.
- Strong understanding of loan lifecycle management, including disbursements, repayments, interest rate resets, and fee processing.
- Experience working with Syndicated, Agency, and Bilateral loans, and familiarity with LMA documentation.
- Proficiency in accountancy and financial reconciliations, with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
