In-house Lawyer - Structured Finance & Fund Finance

OakNorth Bank is looking for an In-House Lawyer to join their Legal and Transaction Management department in London. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance transactions, including structured finance and funds financing.

Requirements

• Extensive experience of a wide range of finance transactions and clear understanding of all types of deal structures
• Strong knowledge and understanding of banking transaction documentation
• Highly skilled transaction management, negotiation skills and structuring experience
• Clear attention to detail on all deal structuring and transaction documents
• Ability to build trust with deal team, clients and senior internal stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in teams and demonstrates ability to remain calm under pressure
