Requirements
- Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- In-depth understanding of current local, state, and federal laws pertaining to employment policies and best practices
- Excellent proofreading abilities
- Works well in a team-based, culturally diverse environment
- Handling all situations with diplomacy, tact, and confidentiality
- Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details
- Meeting deadlines of multiple projects with various completion dates
- Self-directed with ability to work independently
