Job Description
The Manager, Deal & Cash Ops position is a high-visibility, high-impact role within the Deal and Cash Operations team at Oaktree. This role will be responsible for forecasting cash balances, managing cash movements to cover funding needs, and driving daily cash management decisions.
Requirements
- 7-10 years relevant operations experience at an Asset Management company, Investment Bank, or other related financial services company
- Expertise and knowledge of cash management and foreign exchange
- Familiarity working with large data sets and ability to understand, synthesize and explain findings
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate in clear and concise manner
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Expert in Excel formulas and logic
- Understanding of complex fund and deal structures
