Requirements
- At least 6-9 years of experience with a law firm and/or within the financial services industry or asset management industry
- Ability to review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements and proficiency in identifying, assessing and mitigating legal, regulatory and commercial risks
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of laws, regulations, practices and industry trends related to contract management
- Experience in dealing with senior business stakeholders and managing ambiguity, especially in a highly matrixed organization
- Exceptional English writing, drafting and communication skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to resolve stressful situations with internal and external clients in a professional manner
