Job Description
Oaktree is seeking a Vice President in Corporate Finance to build a best-in-class FP&A capability, lead finance support for enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, and champion data integrity and scalable processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, investment banking or consulting experience
- Experience in asset management or alternative asset management is a plus
- Proven leader with experience managing high-performing FP&A teams
- Outstanding analytical skills
- Ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, while independently driving projects to completion
- Expertise at preparing and reviewing complex financial models
- Advanced understanding of financial statements and accounting
- Experience leveraging data & technology to drive process efficiencies and mitigate operational risk
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- Familiarity with Workday, SAP BPC or other financial planning and analysis software is a plus
