Job Description
We are seeking a motivated candidate to join our ServiceNow Learning Program, where you will gain hands-on experience and training to build your career in ServiceNow. You will work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and technical teams, learning from real-world projects.
Requirements
- Develop and integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Design and implement solutions that align with business needs and technical standards
- Write scripts and build custom solutions within the ServiceNow platform
- Test, document, and deploy high-quality digital solutions
- Participate in problem-solving sessions and learn how to troubleshoot incidents
- Apply ServiceNow best practices and understand platform upgrades and enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on modules like ITSM, ITBM, CSM, HRSD, and more
